Marrow bones from organic, pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed cattle, organic carrots, organic onions, organic celery, organic bay leaves, organic parsley, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of black peppercorn, sea salt, and thyme.
We have a saying here at Kettle & Fire - killer bones = killer bone broth. This is why we only use bones from organic chickens (for our chicken bone broth) and 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle that are hormone and antibiotic free (for our beef bone broth). We exclusively use knuckle, patella, femur, neck and feet bones in our bone broth. These bones contain the highest concentration of white and red stem-cell marrow, as well as high levels of collagen.
