From the producer:

The simple things in life are often the best. A sunset, a glass of cold water, playing a kazoo, reading copy on a product website. And of course, vanilla ice cream. Uncomplicated, chic, unpretentious. Amazing in its simplicity. Genius is what it is.

About Oatly:

Back 30 or so years ago there was no Oatly, just some researchers at a famous university in a country mistakenly known for polar bears roaming the streets, nerding out on ways to turn oats into milk and creating a production process to keep the beta-glucans (big, scientific word for soluble fiber) intact so that we could go crazy making all kinds of oatmilks and oatcreams and oat spreads and a barista edition oatmilk and then share all of this oat history on our website so that one day you might happen to read how the first oatmilk in the world was invented and perfected and want to give it a try which, in the humble opinion of the guy writing this excessively long sentence, would be totally oatsome. Oatly oatmilk is a vegan, plant-based milk alternative made from gluten-free oats. It’s pretty simple really. Our oat base is just oats and water. But it’s what we do with those oats and that water that makes Oatly so special. What a perfect segue...Pardon us if we use technical language for a moment, but we are enthusiastic about our unique manufacturing process, which was invented about 25 years ago at a famous university in Sweden by Oatly’s founder, Rickard Oste. He wanted to create a nutritious, delicious drink for people who couldn’t have dairy or who just didn’t like it, while using a primary ingredient that didn't overly tax our environment. And a pretty well-known grain called oats did the trick. ..
