The Jersey cows at Saint Benoît Creamery are outside year-round, grazing on their acres of pasture in Sonoma. Their diet is healthy and natural, yielding a milk that's rich and flavorful, with grassy and earthy notes that change with the seasons. High in protein, healthy fats, and naturally occurring vitamins A and D, this non-homogenized pasteurized milk is perfect for drinking by the glassful or adding to cream and coffee.
Saint Benoît was founded in 2004 to establish a local, organic, quality yogurt, on a sustainable business model. Benoît de Korsak is the founder of Saint Benoît Creamery. Having lived in France for most of his life and in the San Francisco Bay Area more recently, his mission is to create a locally made, healthy, high quality, unique French style yogurt.
