Fra’ Mani Salame Calabrese is a small, spicy dry salame inspired by the region of Calabria in Southern Italy. Our version combines Italian wild fennel seed, sweet and hot Calabrian pepperoncini and chili flakes. About 11 ounces. 2014 Good Food Award Winner.
To store: For best quality, keep your salame cool (38º to 40ºF) and always store in the wrapping paper. To serve: Slice 1/8 inch thick pieces on a bias.
