Wouldn't it be great to have freshly baked croissants at home? We are partnering with local bakery, Boulangerie Solignac, to offer you their unbaked, handmade croissant dough. Bake the croissant dough for 20 minutes and voila you can enjoy flaky and buttery croissants before school, work or a lazy weekend breakfast. Baking Instructions: Remove frozencroissants from bag. Place the croissants 4 inches apart with the folded side down on a lightly buttered or lined baking sheet. Leave uncovered at room temperature for 8-9 hours (overnight), extra hour in winter months. Croissants will increase substantially in size. In the morning pre-heat oven to 350 . Place baking sheet on middle rack. Bakefor 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
