Enriched wheat flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, unsalted butter, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), sugar, yeast, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, asorbic acid, enzymes).

These locally made buttery, chocolately croissants, made with a traditional French recipe, arrive ready to bake out of your own oven. A kid favorite, transform a school morning into something extra special -- with almost no effort. Or enjoy them on a lazy weekend morning. Baking Instructions: Remove frozen chocolate croissants from bag. Place the croissants 4 inches apart with the folded side down on a lightly buttered or lined baking sheet. Leave uncovered at room temperature for 8-9 hours (overnight), extra hour in winter months. Croissants will increase substantially in size. In the morning pre-heat oven to 350 . Place baking sheet on middle rack. Bakefor 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
