From the producer:

Dosa's butter Simmer Sauce is loved for its mild tomato flavor, creamy mouthfeel, and freshly roasted spices including turmeric, cardamom, coriander, cumin, and fenugreek. Prepare it with your favorite protein (chicken, beef, tofu) and veggies (squash, eggplant, green beans) for a delicious mid week meal. Pair it with some rice and naan and voila dinner is served.
