Founded in 2007, the Santa Cruz Pasta Factory was established to provide reasonably priced, gourmet pasta, ravioli and sauces based on fresh and natural ingredients. We use organic, locally grown ingredients whenever possible, and all of our products contain seasonal, fresh ingredients with no preservatives. We are a family-owned business with a personal commitment to our local community. We will continue to find opportunities to support our schools and local community.
