About La Panzanella:

Ours is a story of sharing. It began more than two decades ago at the La Panzanella Bakery & Deli, a bustling neighborhood café in Seattle. There, we first baked our crackers following the Italian tradition of using fresh local ingredients. We named them Croccantini®, which means “crunchy little bite” in Italian. Today, we’re called La Panzanella® Artisanal Foods Co. We’re still family-owned, and we still craft our crackers, along with Dolcetini® artisan cookies, using the finest ingredients—the same warm spices, wholesome grains and pure flavors you use in your own kitchen.
