The Mike’s Mighty Good story began in 2014 when Mike asked a simple questions: Why doesn’t Ramen sold in grocery stores taste like ramen bar ramen? Mike realized that someone had to make ramen bar ramen accessible to everyone. With over 30 years of experience in natural foods, Mike and his family set out to do it. What makes our ramen pretty cool in our opinion is that we make it ourselves. Our organic noodles are made from scratch each day and are steamed, never fried. Our insanely rich broth and oil are blended in Woodland, CA and mixed using organic ingredients, never genetically-modified foods.
