Because we believe cream is one of nature’s great nourishing superfoods, we created Peak with triple the milk fat of regular whole milk yogurts by adding a generous portion of organic cream. It’s rich, creamy, and satiating, so it doesn’t require sugar or other additives to satisfy and fuel your mind and body.
We believe milk fat is good fat, especially when it comes from pasture-based organic cows grazing on lush green pastures. It provides clean, stable energy for mind and body, along with crucial fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients. Plus, it’s insanely rich, creamy, and delicious. There’s a reason many traditional societies prized and worshiped butter and cream from their grazing dairy herds—because it’s vital to health, wellbeing, and longevity.
If you’re like us, you make a conscious effort to avoid added sugars. So, when we created our flavored yogurts, we strictly limited added sugar to a maximum of 7g per cup.
We source our organic milk and cream from three family-owned organic dairies in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. The cows spend over 150 days per year grazing on fresh pasture grasses. The dairies are committed to the humane treatment of animals and are certified by third-party auditors that ensure strict animal welfare standards are met.
