I started Bhu because I had a serious problem with sugar.
Everything in my life revolved around sugar and my self esteem plummeted. If I couldn’t control myself around sugar, how could I achieve anything in life?
I felt like a waste of space on the planet. Finally, the experience of addiction was so painful that I decided to give sugar up altogether.
Then, it occurred to me that I couldn’t be the only one with this issue. Other people must also be trying to cut back on or give up sugar. Because there really weren’t products in the marketplace to help people transition, I thought, “Wouldn’t it be cool to develop products made with ultra healthy, organic ingredients that also gave people the “party in the mouth” experience?
I could develop products that would embody the best of all worlds, that didn’t compromise on health or taste. Everyone deserves to have access to delicious, healthy, organic food.” From that moment, I got busy in the kitchen with my small team and one full year later Bhu was born.
