Five Star Coffee Roasters
We believe in building direct trade relationships. Coffee consumers should know where their coffee is coming from and farmers should get credit for what they produce. We aim to work with small producers and source traceable coffee. The majority of our coffees are imported directly from small producers and family farms at origin through the port of Wilmington and to our Roastery in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
Every week, we carefully roast small batches of coffee at The Roastery to bring the freshest coffee to our community. After roasting, between 24-48 hours after roasting, our coffees go through a QC cupping process to ensure they meet the standards of quality and consistency we strive to bring to every cup.
