La Panzanella
Ours is a story of sharing. It began more than two decades ago at the La Panzanella Bakery & Deli, a bustling neighborhood café in Seattle. There, we first baked our crackers following the Italian tradition of using fresh local ingredients. We named them Croccantini®, which means “crunchy little bite” in Italian. Today, we’re called La Panzanella® Artisanal Foods Co. We’re still family-owned, and we still craft our crackers, along with Dolcetini® artisan cookies, using the finest ingredients—the same warm spices, wholesome grains and pure flavors you use in your own kitchen. Throughout our history, it has been our singular passion and pleasure to share these crackers and cookies with you, our friends, our family.
