Café Fanny
Alice Waters of Chez Panisse opened Café Fanny in 1984 with a simple breakfast and lunch menu. Alice's mother gave us the recipe for our handmade granola that we serve every day at the Café. Our customers enjoyed the granola so much, they started ordering it "to go, hold the milk"—that's when we decided to package it and offer Café Fanny granola to everyone.
